M365 CLOUD ENGINEER (60-100%)

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • We are looking for an ambitious Cloud Engineer for the role of Service Owner who is well versed in the Microsoft 365 portfolio and is also interested in the security features (Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Device Compliance, Information Protection, E-Mail & Threat Protection, Sentinel)
  • Further development and maintenance of our managed services with a focus on security based on Microsoft 365, Azure and occasionally third-party providers
  • Responsibility for one or more services as service owner
  • Interest in cloud automation and PowerShell as well as Power Automate if applicable
  • Develop solutions and projects with Microsoft 365 and possibly Azure, coordinate in the engineering team and delegate & monitor implementation
  • Consulting and implementation of projects in the areas of Azure Identity & Information Protection, E-Mail Threat Protection, DLP, Security Awareness
  • Support in the development of new managed cloud services

 

Your profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist, further training at HF or FH level an advantage
  • Part-time students and graduates are also welcome
  • Knowledge in the cloud area, in particular M365 with the features mentioned, and Azure (Azure Information Protection, Azure Identity, Azure ATP, ARM, IaaS, vNet) if necessary
  • Interest & knowledge of information security (information & identity protection, data loss prevention, email security, endpoint & network security, security monitoring & alerting)
  • Initial knowledge and enjoyment of PowerShell scripting and cloud automation
  • Basic knowledge of the network environment (firewall, network security, VPN) and the Windows Server environment is an advantage
  • Interest in modern topics relating to cloud and information security
  • Analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking as well as team player and strong communicator, and always an ear for new developments
