The package price starts at CHF 8,900. We set the binding fixed price after the free initial consultation, depending on the size of your organization and the framework.
You are billed a fixed price, not by the hour. So you know what the check costs before it starts, not afterwards.
How much effort is involved for us?
Around six hours, spread over three weeks: a 60-minute kickoff, three to four interviews, a short follow-up call and the results presentation.
We take care of everything else. You need neither project management nor IT resources of your own.
We hardly use AI. Is it worth it for us?
That is exactly what we check. In practice we almost always find usage nobody has approved, usually with the best of intentions.
And if there really is nothing, you have documented evidence and a policy for the future before usage starts on its own.
Isn't this our compliance officer's job?
The regulatory part, yes. But the inventory, the analysis of tenant data, permissions and monitoring are IT work.
We deliver both together. Your compliance officer gets the technical basis they are missing today.
Will you access our data?
The technical scan of your Microsoft 365 environment uses read-only access and is limited to configuration, permission structures and usage data. We do not read the content of your client files.
The employee survey is anonymous. Who names which tool stays confidential, so you get an honest picture.
What if the check produces uncomfortable results?
Then you have achieved exactly what you commissioned it for. The report names gaps objectively and ranks them by urgency, without alarmism.
Importantly, the results belong to you. We do not report anything to third parties, and we do not decide what you show to whom.
Do we have to keep working with you afterwards?
No. The check is self-contained, and the results are written so that another provider can work with them too.
